How to Receive Your Order in Vietnam

We want to make sure you get your natural products without any stress! In Vietnam, delivering packages can sometimes be tricky because addresses can be confusing. Many neighbors might share the same address, and streets can be hard to figure out. To help our delivery team find you, we need a little extra info from you. Here’s how it works:

1. Give Us Your Phone Number

When you order, please share your local phone number or one that works on Zalo. This is super important! Our delivery person will call you to find your exact location since addresses alone might not be enough. If they can’t reach you, it’s hard for them to deliver your package.

2. Be Ready to Answer the Phone

We work with a shipping company that tries their best to get your order to you. But here’s the thing: they can’t always tell you the exact time they’ll arrive. So, it’s really helpful if you’re available to pick up the phone when they call. They’ll try to deliver 2-3 times if they can’t reach you and no one answers, they’ll have to return your order. If that happens, the shipping fee can’t be refunded, and that’s a bummer for everyone.

3. Ordering to a Hotel? No Problem!

If you’re staying at a hotel and want our products delivered there, that’s totally fine! Just give us:

• The hotel’s name

• The hotel’s address

• The phone number of the hotel’s receptionist

Here’s how it works: You’ll need to leave the cash for your order with the receptionist. When our delivery person arrives, they’ll coordinate with the receptionist to hand over your package and collect the payment. You don’t even need to be there! This makes it easy and smooth for everyone.

Why Do We Do It This Way?
